Destiny Worship Center, Miramar Beach, Florida
We have known Barbara-Ann (BA) for many years as we worked with her at Destiny Worship Center several years ago, so when she asked us to help her with her wedding we were delighted! BA and Caleb were married on a gorgeous October afternoon in Miramar Beach. October is our favorite month down here because the weather is beautiful and it’s not so hot and they had the perfect day.
The wedding colors were eggplant, dusty violet and champagne. Bridesmaids wore dusty violet chiffon floor length gowns. Caleb is in the Air Force (thank you for your service Caleb!) and he wore his dress uniform which was killer.
The bridal bouquet: it was glorious! BA’s only request was that it have succulents in them. Well, that my friend, we can do! It also had quicksand roses, white O’Hara roses, lisianthus and a variety of eucalyptus.
The most spectacular thing of this wedding was the 16 ft. charcuterie board by my friend Jenn! Isn’t it dreamy? Have cheese, will marry.
The wedding was held in the newly constructed Chapel at DWC. The aisle was lined with lanterns on a full floral base with yes, you guessed it, succulents! These lanterns were then transported to the reception to serve as centerpieces on the tables. The cross was draped with a handmade garland.
After the ceremony and the charcuterie hour (please someone have one of these) the guests were wowed by tables with eggplant linens (bbj linen), gold chargers and the sweetest place settings you will ever see. Other centerpieces were floating candles on a bed of eucalyptus.
Congratulations BA and Caleb!
