With Covid the world has changed, however it’s changed most for two groups of people: brides and graduates. From missing out on senior trips, spring sports, for some- proms, capping, and now graduation these poor kids have been through the ringer.
We have a very special senior in our life and we had a party to celebrate her accomplishments and cheer her on as she charges forth in life. A fiesta celebration was in order including all the fixin’s. Tacos, rice, black beans, queso, guacamole, Mexican street corn, salsa (all served in giant molcajete bowls), you name it, it was on the menu.
Tables were a colorful variety with serape table runners (available for rent at Soiree).
Flowers were a colorful blend of peonies, roses, stattice, salidago, button mums, carnations, straw flower and tulips.
Who says citronella has to be boring? These little citronella candles changed colors as they burned throughout the night. A fun, festive way to add color to your automatically colorful fiesta.
Balloons made an appearance in a “When you dip, I dip, We dip” balloon banner as well as a garland on the backdrop.
At the end of the night we definitely fiesta’d like there’s no mañana!
